Many are called, few are chosen. In your life emulate Christ sacrificial nature and bring harmony to your environment. Do not resent those around you for in the end, God judgement is upon you. This is the divine nature of Mercy. If you master mercy, no longer shall the evil of separation from love plague you. Be careful what you do, so as to speak abandon unconscious nature of yourself, and listen to God's Spirit's instruction.

In your love life, try to sensitive yourself to your beloved needs and wants. Nobody is out to hurt you for the sake of hurting you alone, they are either self punishing or troubled by demonic possessions, something very common since the days of enoch when angels fall from Heaven.

The newsletter is well written like reader digest, I have decided to save half for a better day to read.

If I were to write a newsletter, i would exaggerate efforts but my old college at imh didn't and did writing and research in a efficient manner. I would blog aliens and crop circles and try to find meaning to our existence. Why God created this vast universe.

Passing of the Wind

Much time has passed since i left my occupational therapy, I feel healthy and fit enough to take on the world again and reintegrate back to society. I looked at school courses I want to join and found interest in nyp game media design courses and social work and business for np which is my old school where i might be able to resume my studies. Hope is not lost, I will probably get back to working at imh after i finish my reading of my favourite book wheel of time.

How i wish i have a dependable life of stability but persecution I have been suffering even before i joined Christianity is hoping my high hope of a peaceful life back but by the sufficient grace of God I have nursed my spiritual health back and bought pearls as written in the bible and feel much healthier. No matter what afflicts you, most important is not to lose sight of the important relationship you have with God. Never abuse this relationship as He suffers the most and cares the most - There is no one like Him you can find. When you are tired out of all your cares He will love you and you will feel like nobody can defeat you for His grace is all powerful and endures from generation to generation.

Wheel of Time

This epic saga is a very well written book featuring kindly the greatness of the various characters such as Rand Al'Thor. Nobody in their spare time should miss this wonderful to read international best seller. No other books has portray the characters so interestingly as Wheel of Time, a Tolkien Genre book that I prefer over Tolkien's Lord of the Rings for its detailed handling of the English Language.

Rand Al'thor is like Jesus Christ, the Lord of Lords, King of Kings, in his command cities such as Tear and Cairhien fall and subjugated into his rule. He battles forsakens, High Lords of the Dark One and fulfills the Age's prophecy by sending into battle into the world Wheel of Time realm the avid conquerers Aiels who then divided by a false Car'a'carn who went on to destroy and rob the world.

This epic fantasy story must not be missed, I hope you will in your spare time choose this book like the millions around the world. It certainly is deserved to be called the most addictive book of the century.

Weekly Updates

Have I missed my weekly updates? I don't know and can't be bothered checking.

Today I went to the mall - causeway point, to my dismay I have to carry alot of food home, some piping hot and led to inconvenience as i thought they might spill out of my bag. This is like a near death experience as you are carrying heavy items and walking long distance. There simply presents no other options as a taxi ride is long wait.

Another day in the realm of suffering.

When I truly started Masturbating

This is a serious issue that popped into my mind.

Ever since I have been warded to imh ward, I have to masturbate extreme exhaustion away from long time masturbation didn't. I simply have to take the six month break or i rather commit sucide, total i would have committed sucide 6 times since last year. I have become impotent from not masturbating - don't know why until linplaza.com which explains that my brain chemicals is not functioning well.

If i can't masturbate by myself I have to watch pornography. I have seen a psychologist about it since it popped into my mind and this has been discussed as i can't tolerate masturbation.

My exhaustion level has maximised due to haven't.
After I did not that long ago, my fungus infection on my feet went away from my whole body and I think i have one in my brain which also went away.

This is either due to medication or chemtrails (which distorted my appearance to less than a cockroach in the ward, how could it be fats?).

Why I suspect chemtrails is dangerously in our environment?

My prayer answered revealed hazards in the environment which went awway with healing including environment cleansing that came with the healing.

I suffered badly eating weird food at imh wards and gained weight then went to to have distorted face and a very bad and severe broken back upon discharge from imh. No one should look like how i look after discharge and also anti time conflict that has not happened since.

My mind feels like there are alot of trace elements in there whenever I feel that I have to pray to solve these chemtrails in me.

Chunks of chemicals feel gone from my body after prayer.

These an environmentalist should take note of. Any God loving person should donate their resources to the betterment of our society is my thoughts and feelings.

Obedience is Blessedness

Remember 2 weeks ago I mention that the six month curse/blessing has been in effect since Spirit's revelation? Now the curse/plague has come in full strength. I kept praying in hope of answers so there shall be no difference if I were to take a break or not. So what happened now is that my work stamina has been spiritually and karmically reduced and memory has been cursed. After I made the final decision to take a six month break, a plague lifted off me. So finally a curse has been lifted and the answer is clear, strengthen my Spirit in these six months time and listen to Spirit and God will bless me. 4 Specific Tests From the Bible
1. The Obedience Test
The first test I will show you, and this one was very severe, is what I call the obedience test. This specific test was given to Abraham way back in the beginning of the Bible in the Book of Genesis.

Most of you have heard of this test. God asked Abraham to put his son Isaac on an altar and and then asked him to take a knife and kill his own son. As we all know, Abraham went as far as to actually tie his son down to the altar and had the knife in his hand ready to strike down on him to take his life, when all of a sudden God sends an angel down in the nick of time to stop him.

How many of us could actually pass such an extreme test today, especially in the type of world we now live in where you would be immediately prosecuted if you even tried to do such a thing. I personally do not think God would ever do this type of test in our current day and age due to the extreme dangers of it.

But the point to get is that God may actually arrange for a test to occur to test your actual allegiance and obedience to Him.

Another thing Noel knows, since i forgot my injection in October, the side effects of the medication has not occur but since I did its evil is back. My prayer is proof.

True Meaning of The Crucification

1.“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8)

2.“… knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ … for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” (Galatians 2:16)

If you love your enemy, you will be known great and all your enemies shall fall in love with you by the grace of God and Faith in His Son because you have shown love and greatness. If you love, you shall teach the unsaved love and they shall be saved. No one sins because they want to go to hell, they sin because they can't help it and were tempted the original cause is the Adamic Sin.

Be thankful for what you have so your debts shall lighten for you by the grace of God.

If I were Blessed, I would numb my mouth and drink a cup of hot water to honor the crucification before I die. Hopefully my suffering is enough to atone for my sins so i can go into heaven. This is something I can still choose to do.

Value - Initiation

Self worth comes from where? Value in yourself that you perceive lies in your understanding, thus your actions and your judgment on yourself. The day of Judgment will come and you will stand before Him who has the power to destroy you and He shall judge you by your deeds. He shall summon before Him the ones that you have sinned against and the ones that you have rescued. Christians believe that by your own measurements you shall be judged. Some actions will lead to condemnation and some to paradise. You shall be friends with God Himself if you have been nice.

Human values is what makes us Humans.
Demon values makes us creatures of Hell.
Angel values makes us Angels.
If we steal, we lose our virtues by the power set upon us by the forces of peace that are the Angels of God that protects the world and providing for our basics.

What i loathe in life now:
The Angel story can't be completed as I have mental blocks, a degrading laziness in my mind. That i loathe because somebody must have sent me bad vibes and thus blocked my mental health which is swayness in teochew. The energy went away as I write.

Don't sexualise a person because she possess virtues that is reserved for only her beloved to see. She has the choice to destroy herself if she wants because life no longer has values to her, she fails to see the rules of thumb in seeking the perfect partner or life. This is aggravated if someone simply understood her because life holds too little value that there is lack of respect and boundaries. This is spiritual suicide or spiritual death when there is no hope left.

To love and be loved in return is to seek the virtue of forgiveness and greatness of understanding to respect a person. What you have not loved might come to be your worse nightmare who might abandon you at the worst moments. This is a basic principle that is law by Jesus' crucification and words to His disciples that sums up.

What is forbidden makes it dangerous such as not joining certain groups that laws decreed against for they corrupt the minds and demonise the souls that results in lost of self control such is our human nature. As well as respecting the laws will bring in the good luck to succeed as you have more self worth aka confidence.

These initiations are bible values that are important principles for the Kingdom of Heaven.

When I lost hope, I received my first initiation in the baptism by a priest/pastor. That was when I was in self doubt and agony. That is to believe in someone that has come all the way to offer hope - Jesus Christ. I will not believe blindly I told myself that was when I received enlightenment about the Power that offers hope. Hope lies in ourselves not outside.

Absence from Work

Noel is at ICT. I didn't manage to go for work today as when I worked up, I felt like I have been hit by a lorry and energy sapped away. The only time this has happened is when I overly actively dreamt. I have not dreamed for a while so this should be the cause. My whole body is so tired as I didn't sleep until 4 am, so this is another reason. Didn't drink coffee or sugar unless orange juice from imh canteen counts. So I will just have to utilize my 3.5 days left of leave.

I believed I have cancer from the nausea when exercising but i eat way too healthy to develop cancer. The nausea is very abnormally severe. This is why one should not eat and drink way beyond limit for any reason for long term sake. By that I meant my austerities.

Happiness is found in reconciliation

As Receptionists know I have the idea of taking a six months break. This is due to my chronic fatigue issue that has been developing for quite a while. For 4 months working at IMH, it hasn’t been a physically pleasant experience as I have been tired out as Noel understands. Despite this these 4 months I have been working mostly full days. I have already had worked 4 months, nobody in their right mind would want to kill their record but this fatigue has seeped into my mind, memory, spiritual and mental health. Spiritually I have been doubting Jesus and hating him for no reasons like a mental illness. Memory wise, my short term memory is non-existent and I can’t remember many work related matters that I am suppose to do. I believe these 6 months break is divine revelation from God to go for a break as it feels and connects very strongly to my intuition telling me what to do. The problems I listed progressively grew as I ignored my intuition like divine guidance.

Now my friends, a miracle has occurred in my life and the healing of my condition is by God’s divine grace. This comes as a series of repentful moments. I have to know that I am innocent of my transgression and the reasons behind them is incredulously beyond my ability to prevent and this my relationship with God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and myself has to be reconcile by the exact possible causes of these sins. Until I know that I am innocent, somebody is controlling my mind like a virus causing bad health - Satan. These comes through past efforts and personal spiritual principals. Jesus taught until we reconcile with our prosecutors, we won’t get out until we paid the last penny. These sins are controversial as well, the entities’ voices I heard told me to rearrange my house feng shui and in my anxiety I forgot to ask my parents, adding to this is the tiny voice that says these are what I bought not my parents. I have dragons and phoenixes I bought as well as other crystals and animals placed from the living room spacious area to non spacious areas as well as the bedroom alleviating a lot of stress when I bought them. This anxiety block my mind from functioning properly as it is my principal to ask for permission from my parents before doing things related to them. I also forgot to ask my parents before I left school as I was a freethinker then and under too much stress, I felt about to explode. It would have been better for my life if I had connected to my parents or aunt and explained my stress levels to them.

Thankfully after reconciliation my energy level reach levels that I have not even experienced before and attitude towards life is functional. I think my attitude can still be improved as long as I think about it and what has gone wrong in my life; this will alleviate my guilt and inadequacies I suffer as self punishment. Hopefully my friends you will understand and reconcile with the forces affecting your life and go on to live a wonderful life.

Traditions

Traditions of the Chinese are very queer. They like to do eccentric things that are unchristian and illogical. I hope this doesn't offend you as I am a Chinese. Some of them include ancesterial worship like during qing ming. Then there are deities they elevate to God status and standing and they eat just about any animal. These deities will go on to become the rulers of their life and will dictate their behaviors and lifestyle. Who knows what they invest in them that rightly belongs to the True God. Actually it is not just the Chinese but also the Japanese who does this.

Some people believe in the neccesity of meditation to boost their standing with these Gods. But who in their right mind would worship an idol, that is powerless and brought forth by another man's fascination in the heart. This is very weird.

Paper money symbolizes the aacknowledgement of Hell, everybody hopes not to fall into hell in every religion some people believe that hell is on earth so we must not sin. We must be worshipful and watch our mannerism with people. This is ok but burning paper money and polluting the environment is not. These people should be taxed. Don't expect taxpayers to hire cleaners after the act.

Feng Shui from Christian Perceptive

Don't take this seriously if you can't accept it as I write on inspiration and common sense at the spur of the moment prompting to add strength to the paradox of what to believe, what to reject and what is controversial by the divine guidance of Father God

What is wrong with you is a paradox of the environment. These environment factors causes stress and affect the other aspects of your life. I believe the way we see feng shui is our relationship with God. In the bible, feng shui appears in the Genesis as the Spirit of God hovering over the waters. We must rectify the relationships with God and Jesus before we can enjoy good feng shui. Our sins are what keep us from enjoying good feng shui. Therefore rectifying these relationships is sustaining good relationship with our kins and also enjoying the good life.

Earth’s feng shui beliefs, research and good experience with feng shui is divine in nature and should not be discount with Jesus’ coming. Our thoughts and feelings projected into the collective consciousness is how we contribute to the world’s merits and demerits as all religion teaches. In the bible John the apostle wrote our deeds will follow us, so to enjoy good feng shui we should not neglect God. This include tithing 10% of all our income and good fortune.

Bad feng shui causes a lot of stress on our psyche and we tend to fail in life. If you don’t have the positive shen qi (positive qi) supporting your lifestyle, you tend to face problems with less authoritive to resolve them for you have offended Spirits. Feng shui is spirits talking to us and nurturing us. No one has lived with bad feng shui without a strong faith which is previous life good merits for Jesus said evil spirits gather around a man and causes his downfall once he begins offending one.

Here are some tips for Feng shui

Talk to the Holy Spirit, declare your good merits and state your possible woes. Suffer prosecution by going on penance like fasting and abstinence like from television and add sexual stress on yourself. Food for thought. Nobody in the world truely care for their own body as our food are continually injected with hormones and chemicals that distort even the growth of these animals to form two headed cows even and since when have we heard of mad cow diease until technology develop. There would be no humans left on earth if this has happened before we are technologically advance. We are safer if we eat organic 100% over economic. Personally I have eaten organic for two months, spaghetti and vegetables and cheese and have felt like miracle, I world call myself a devvon which is my vibraory name a matrix of a breed of special humans that lives on an advance earth. Spiritually food is our sins encroaching on us since Jesus time. He said food doesn't harm us but our hearts does, precisely our decision to clear karma as evidence (our sins allow food to harm us). We have galmours in our hearts that block our views and perspective of our true states. (knowledge from Maitreya Speaks). We live as a group, one dies the other dies it is call group karma. It is called fairness. To resolve this expand Nobel Peace Prize to organisations that constitues pro-restoring order. So groups will have money and let government support and fund green groups.
Fda regulations must be perfect, set higher standards for clinical trials to prevent plagues and reserach bondaries, thorough testing, let go of substandards specimens.

Almost giving up

Karma is life and the way we perceive the world is also due to our karma. In the bible, John wrote, the deaths of these catastrophe victims is followed by their deeds following them so they can i would say rest in peace.

What karma have I, I learned from God through my private spiritual search and questioning that I have karma that is like a web that I have to leave my 4 months vocational training to clear it or my long suffering trashhold will b gone or my relationship with Jesus like one that has a mental disease. It is inevitable that I have to leave and retire at home for 6 months. I don't want to as I have already stayed at home for years to recover from mental illness. But it has become clear that if i can't maintain my life properly i have to listen to Spirit whom I asked. Those who talk to God can confirm for yourselves. I talked to God through going to alpha brainwave then asking Holy Spirit to talk to him, something a spiritual master taught me. He gave me my life in detail, healings I want and exact details I sought form him.

All these negative experience is because Spirit has already informed me, so i must do what is best for me. Good thing for 4 full months of hard work and no laziness and opportunity to fix my damage serotonin, gaba and dopamine nervous control disorder as my research about my states found.

Perfect World

This world is meant for Spirits and not normal people. Normal people has to obey these Spirits to keep from falling into hell. These Spirits are the Holy Spirit, Spirit and the bride, Jesus and Jesus and his brides. And who knows the chosen ones of the bible. They are the big brothers of the world and guides us in our daily life. Please do not carry on the accumulation of sins by ignoring or disobeying the promptings of these spirits and angels. Every insight is as important as the first step into heaven and not falling into the worse hell for normal people cannot know for sure.

Execution

The executor of God's wrath has seen the worse in men as he witness the sadisticness of human nature in his life long before he came to the earth for this assignments. The avenger is in the form of a man and has came to execute vengance on the island of Okinawa, a metropolis in Japan. Many lesser angels came to greet the avenger as he landed on a plane to Okinawa. The Ebola Virus is a virus that rampages on by the savage Angel of Vengance executing vengance on the earth on those who disobeyed God's commandment to curb fornification.

Life summarised

I was thinking on life and found out that our ups and downs (illness to failures) is our undead inquities as a result of the experiment of life by Spirit, genetically glued to us until it is solved, in short life lessons. We simply cannot have it our way until we cease attacking unknown logic that the Spirit is overseeing. Until all our debts are cleared and we have enough treasures in heaven can we leave our lair for an advance lair, one made of convience for our sake.

Examing the reasons behind why i keep smiling to myself at work and at home, i found that the reasons could only be all the stuff in my mind. As i read a book, I learn rapidly and figure many things out since i first started initiating myself to life's questions from techniques of war to nature's phemonom. It is a miracle that my intelligence can grow to this size it is all through sheer hard work. My writing speed also increased greatly. So i appreciate it very much and can't help but question why i really smile to myself.

Working Life

My working life has brightened up my day alot since my first day as I learned the ropes of administration. Today I have been assigned a new level administration task of data entry. I am very happy that my boss, Noel trust me to do this work. I have been as meticulous as I can at my task, so I am very happy about this recognition that came into my path. I sometimes triple check my assignments and double check if there is no errors. I hope working and school life goes as smooth as now, improving on.

Now and then I can't seem to focus but overall my focus is great as I work on my tasks. I just need to take note of the minute details which I lost touch of since secondary school and poly days. I had become too rusty under my own observation. Never let your mind go unattended to for too long. Either that or I have grown fat and the fats in my brain is unhealthy. Been forgetting to take Omega 3 which the dietician recommended I take.

All my problems seem gone for now. I hope they will never return!

I read about adolescent years of girls at work this week. It was a good book, I have read quite a few books of this genre this year, 3-Human Indigo, Marriage Counselling, Idiot’s guide to Human Indigo. Total I read 4 books other than the current book I am reading. 4th book I have yet to mention is Wheel of time. A fantasy genre book that rivals the great works of Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings.

I shall write about my new book and what my thoughts and feelings are.

Through the decades, growing up has been made tougher for girls. They have an identity crisis fuelled by media entrenchment in sexuality and violence and possessions and jealousies. The perfect figure has been trimmed down by an astonishing 20 pounds since the late 80s and is growing lesser in the eyes of innocent teens that are anorexic and getting sexual attention everywhere they go. The struggle to be perfect has cost the lives of many teen girls as well as suicide rates scale the highest. The only way to resolve this crisis is to care for these emotionally disturbed teens with the right infusion of love and spirituality, to love themselves and others and not to judge themselves or others around them as to scorn irrationality and influence premarital don’ts into their friends.

Let the world work together in giving each other support in healing this problem in our adolescent girls and give them the equal love and attention, praise and recognition we give to boys. It is only education and sharing experience lacking as girls before adolescence perform remarkably well academically compared to boys, this trend is reverse in adolescence. Eventually the world will have a savior to solve these problems for us, the saviour in whom I trust is the Lamb, Jesus.

Neurotransmitters
Neurotransmitters are the chemical messengers of the brain. These substances are released at the end of the cell and cross the synapse, a tiny space between the walls of one cell's axon and the dendrite of the next nerve cell, to bind to receptors located on that dendrite.

There are many kinds of neurotransmitters, but each individual nerve cell produces only one major type. Some of the neurotransmitters are carried a long distance within the nervous system. Neurotransmitters are important in diseases of the nervous system. In Parkinson's disease, for example, cells that manufacture dopamine, an important neurotransmitter that regulates movement, are lost. Loss of nerve cells may contribute to the development of epilepsy in some cases. For example, prolonged lack of oxygen may cause a selective loss of cells in the hippocampus, which may lead to epilepsy.

Some of the major neurotransmitters in the brain shut off or decrease brain electrical activity. They cause nerve cells to stop firing. These neurotransmitters are called "inhibitory" because they inhibit the activity of the cells. A neurotransmitter called GABA is the best-known example of this type.

Other neurotransmitters stimulate or increase brain electrical activity. That is, they cause nerve cells to fire. These are described as "excitatory." Glutamate is an example of this type.

Scary Air Conditioning

A very scary thing happened to me. The air conditioning at work overtire me at the end of the day to the point that i can't read my book/magazine. To spruce up my lifestyle, I decide to take leave every Tueday afternoon to work out at the gym, thanks to my supervisor Noel for approving. The air conditioning has never affected me accept the cold ever before, guess I should inform God with a prayer about my discrepancies. Hopefully things get better or i should consult a doctor about my body's sensivity, i will research into it.

Delusions

The subject of delusion is one that is intense and life changing to any schizophrenic who were to research through it. They might not believe how deluded their life was until they actually relate to the scope of the deluded beliefs of other schizophrenics and research.

First of all, a delusion is a firmly belief or hallucination about something that it isn’t true and can be proven untrue. Delusions are extremely common in schizophrenia, occurring in more than 90% of patients as my research has shown. A deluded person is said to have strong wrong beliefs and fantasies that is false or unscientific.

Common schizophrenic delusions:

False persecution or belief that other people are out to cheat, conspire against, plot, discriminate against, victimize, harass, spy on or poison them, directed at them or their family members

Suspicion of every little thing. For instance, when walking down the street, he or she may sense that every eye is on him or her, that people are talking about them, that every phone being used is a device for monitoring their every move and that even the guy sweeping the road is an “agent” observing them.

A patient might believe that the radio or TV is talking directly to them or about them. Or a neighbor is using telepathy to read and control their thoughts.

A common variant of such bizarre delusions is the belief that the CIA or FBI or some secret government agency has been able to implant wires or a radio device into the patient’s brain which enables them to monitor his or her thoughts, and even dictate their behavior and actions.

Other common delusions in schizophrenia are what are referred to as “delusions of grandeur” where the patient might believe he or she is someone famous or important, or knows someone famous or important. Sufferers might believe they are historical figures like Jesus Christ or Napoleon Bonaparte, or they might think they are the President of the United States. They might refer to their “close friendship” with the Pope or Mick Jagger.

A particular dangerous delusion is one where the patient believes he or she has superhuman powers. This is probably brought on by the popular culture of superheroes in comic books, TV and the movies. Regardless of the source, patients might hurt themselves if they choose to call on their “superpowers” for example flying off a 10-story building, or leaping across a river.

Many people with schizophrenia experience hallucinations and delusions. These hallmark schizophrenia symptoms can understandably cause distress and disorientation. Studies have shown that most people who deal with these schizophrenia symptoms have developed their own coping strategies, particularly when dealing with auditory hallucinations or "hearing voices."

Schizophrenia Hallucinations: Coping Strategies

When voices are distressing, some patients may self-adjust their prescription medications or use drugs or alcohol to minimize the hallucinations. But there are better ways to deal with this issue.

Other methods for coping with hallucinations include:

• Fighting back. This technique involves yelling or talking back to the hallucinations. While resisting the voices may seem like a good idea, studies show that the "fight or flight" response can lead to depression, since the voices typically don't go away on their own.

• Passive acceptance. Although accepting that the voices are part of life for a person with schizophrenia seems to have more positive emotional effects, some argue that the danger of acceptance is that the hallucinations may start to consume your life.

• Mindfulness techniques. In a trial of a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment, participants significantly reduced the effects of their symptoms, and had slightly fewer re-hospitalizations, than a control group using traditional therapy. With this philosophy, the patient agrees to acknowledge the voices but does not agree to accept guidance from them.

Schizophrenia Delusions: Coping Strategies

For coping with delusions, not all strategies work for every person, and many people report using more than one strategy.

• Distraction. Focusing on a task, reciting numbers, taking a nap, or watching television can help distract the person from delusional, often paranoid, thoughts. A recent study showed that the choice of distraction is important. Researchers found that choosing favorite music or a news program was a more effective distraction tool than white noise. The study also reported that a personal music player with headphones might be the best way to listen to music when trying to ignore delusions. Headphones minimize other distractions, and people who used them tended to stick with this technique even after the study was completed.

• Asking for help. Some people with schizophrenia seek out the company of friends and family when they are experiencing delusions. Friends and family can help by providing a distracting activity, or even just a listening ear.

• Religion and meditative activities. People who are religious believers report using prayer or meditation to help deal with their active schizophrenia symptoms. Yoga, exercise, or walking can also shift the focus from the delusions and provide a sense of calm.

• Be selective. Some voices are positive and some voices are negative. An organization called Hearing Voices takes an interesting approach: The voices may not be physical beings, but they should still treat you with the respect that you expect from other people. This group recommends engaging with the voices, but politely. The patient should ask the voices to make an appointment, or tell the negative voices that they are not welcome until they have useful information.

Schizophrenia Symptoms: Family Reaction

While delusions and hallucinations may not always upset the person with schizophrenia, they are always very real. So how loved ones react to these symptoms is important. Without meaning to, loved ones can cause distress by betraying fear or worry, or by dismissing the patient’s experience.

Family therapy can help the loved ones of a person with schizophrenia know how to react when schizophrenia symptoms manifest themselves. It can also teach families about warning signs that their loved one may be using damaging coping mechanisms, like self-medicating with illicit drugs or alcohol.

My experience

My parents don’t care about my schizophrenia. I feel that they don’t understand what schizophrenia is but my aunt takes a personal approach in communicating with me and advises rest and sunshine and gives me money to eat well. My parents are busy with their own lives and take care of the family well. Despite this my voices tells me that I am Buddha in my past life, I read Buddhist scriptures and considered being Buddhist once before I was healed by a Christian priest of my many years of intense pain after accepting Jesus into my life. When I was at home for the past year, I meditate 2 to 5 hours a day for meditative mood and felt at peace with life and myself to cope with my medication side effects. I feel that I need a change in medication, now that I read about these delusions as I still believe I am someone prominent in my past life. I cope with music and movies as therapy.

While I was at school, I did not experience any deluded beliefs except that intense harm will come to me if I eat at the canteen, so much so was my fear that I couldn’t take it and has to quit school. Such situations can’t be helped, you have to consult a counselor as it arises as you will take her advice as she/he confirms with you that people care and do not seek to harm you.

Job Experience So Far

I have been assigned a higher task which is data entry for Noel, my supervisor. I don't know if it has been my work performance or a new assignment since I passed my probation. It probably is an assignment to test my abilities. Anyway I experienced some difficulty typing as my mind seems lost now and then, I don't know why. And worse of all, as the work is summarisation, there is nothing to summarise not strange as it is a serious genre of book writing of presenting information to the readers, I hope Noel understands this. If he does, I won't be so worried. But overall, there is no problem as to my efficiency as I read my work. [After thorough reading, I found that summarisation is indeed required now and then]

The singing session has really enliven up my life as I love music although I don't play any instruments. I wonder if there is any good music I can add to my collection. Haven't even heard of Elton John or Sugar Ray's other music other than Your Sweet Dreams which has quite a reputation. Good thing I remember Youtube so I won't waste my money on bad music. Music has been a traditional therapy for years, It has enliven my life very much since I started listening beginning this year.

I did a test for a cognitive performance research but the details of which I have to keep secret, I guess that's the last of what I have to say then.

Business Idea

I look up a website on the seven deadly sins and noticed they sell T shirts. Which gave me a business idea of selling T shirts with slogans like Help One Another. And maybe my blog of my site can progress to that level eventually. Just feel the need to note this down. Maybe IMH can set up such a business too as I will have a source for my wears, I will definitely buy from IMH or perhaps the salvation army. I have to check if they already have such services.

Exercise and Cognitive Functions

Although I use to work out, I still feel very exhausted by the gym session. I hope to fit into what I am suppose to do in a few months. I will start some basic exercises at home for a start to fit in. I don't know why I felt very nauseas, maybe it is wrong food. From now on, I will cut down on my meat intake. This is my exercise training plan.

Alienated By New Environment

Wow! It has been 3 weeks since my job posting to IMH as a receptionist trainee. I still haven't gotten used to my new environment, even at home I have to make conscious effort to wind down, I am less than half way through coping with my new schedule. Over the phone, as i was handling clients I am still very nervous, sometimes i forgot what to say as I am afraid of making mistakes. Pondering over my abnormal nervousness, which is a new thing for me as I had close friends, I realise it was due to the voices I have been hearing since our separation that made me wary of people. The emotional support is missing as I have to be tested at work for work related efficiency.

This wariness of people is something I have to come to terms with and that people are not out to harm me, it is just the side effects of medication. One bad effect of changing environment is that I sometimes become blurred out by God knows why. Thankfully it hasn't affected my work severely as I double or triple check my work and most of the times there were no mistakes.
